Trinity Day Academy offers a Culinary Arts Elective where students have full access to an industrial kitchen where they learn various aspects of the restaurant industry. Here students can create recipes from scratch to serve to fellow students and staff members, they engage in menu design, ordering, finance, and inventory to simulate the experience of a full service restaurant. Students in the culinary program have gone on to work within the food service industry.
