Physical Education and Health Classes and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL)

Our Physical Education (PE) and Health programs integrate Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) to support students' overall development. These programs focus on physical fitness and health knowledge and incorporate skill building of emotional regulation, teamwork, empathy, and decision-making skills.
